An idyllic quiet setting overlooking the tranquil green fields with a stream meandering through the valley at the bottom of the field.

Nestled between Tiverton and Cullompton and within easy access of M5. Enjoy a relaxing break on our working beef & sheep farm. We have a wildlife pond that is stocked with silverfish.

The pretty village of Butterleigh is within walking distance and The Butterleigh Inn is a popular choice for a meal out serving home cooked food and traditional ales.
