Cullompton Walronds Preservation Trust
The Walronds is a 16th Century family home which was fully restored in 2014. On the ground floor it boasts two original panelled rooms, with an additional commercial kitchen, toilets, and meeting room and a nicely appointed two acre garden.
The garden is open to the public on most days between 8am and 5pm, except for the gated courtyard which is only accessible by appointment. There are two upper floors which are rental accommodation and only accessible on Heritage Open Days. A café is open downstairs on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month and at other times when there are events.
There is also a touch screen information centre about the town’s history.
