Mid Devon’s Magic Markets Join the National Love Your Local Market Campaign
Markets across Mid Devon are set to celebrate the magic of local shopping as part of the national “Love Your Local Market” campaign, running from 16 to 31 May 2025.
Visit Mid Devon is proud to showcase the area’s thriving town and farmers’ markets, which offer more than just shopping—they provide a connection to the people, produce, and creativity that shape our local community.
What Makes Mid Devon’s Markets So Special?
From traditional produce to artisan creations, Mid Devon’s “Magic Markets” are bursting with variety, character, and community spirit.
Markets participating in the campaign include:
- Tiverton Pannier Market – open Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays, with themed events, street food, and crafts
- Cullompton Farmers’ Market – held the 2nd and 4th Saturday each month, showcasing local growers, producers, and ethical traders
- Cullompton Town Market – a weekly Wednesday market in the Bullring with dedicated traders from jewellery to plants and fresh veg.
- Crediton Farmers’ Market – held the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month, a popular mix of fresh food, arts, and handmade items

- A social media take over for the two weeks featuring our markets
