Kids Sweet Treats – Devon Cookery School

Devon Cookery School will be holding an October half term Kids Sweet Treats baking class on Wednesday 30th October 2024, a sure hit with budding young bakers.

Highlights of the Class:

• Cupcakes: In this class, kids will learn the art of cupcake baking and decorating. From mixing the perfect batter to whipping up a delicious icing, they’ll discover the secrets to creating cupcakes that are as beautiful as they are scrumptious.
• Cookie: Get stuck into creating the most delicious chocolate chip cookie dough, cook some in the class and take the rest of the dough home to cook later!
• Hands-On Fun: Our classes are all about getting your hands messy and having a blast while doing it! Kids will be actively involved in every step of the baking process, from mixing ingredients to piping and decorating with colourful buttercream and toppings.
• Take-Home Treats: At the end of each class, kids will have a box of their handmade cupcakes and cookies to take home and share with family and friends—or enjoy all by themselves!
• Life Skills: Beyond baking, this class teaches valuable life skills such as teamwork, following instructions, and patience. These skills will serve your child well, whether they’re in the kitchen or in everyday situations.
